Merrick Ubank has been competing at World Cup level since the age of 19.  In 2013 he was named Sport Star and Owner of the Year by EFAQ.

Merrick has ridden all over the world and been a member of Australian Showjumping teams and squads competing in Korea, South Africa, India, Rio de Janerio and New Zealand.  He was a member of the Australian Nations Cup team in Linz and Denmark and in the Nations Cup final in Barcelona.

At home Merrick recently won the 2018 Aquis Champions Tour Gold Cup and placed in both the 2019 Aquis Gold and Silver Tours.  Been Champion Rider at Brisbane, Sydney and Toowoomba Royals.  Too many World Cup and Grand Prix wins and placings to mention.

Merrick is an excellent coach and always takes time out of competition to help young riders.
